was always a great getaway place
turned out to be a disappointment with crappy service in lounge and less of a luxury room than was expected when I booked online
Although the rooms were new and comfortable, the rooms have only a small window and therefore dark
Great Atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff especially our Receptionist Stephanie who gave good suggestions of where to visit. Plenty to eat for breakfast. Comfortable beds and delightful rooms.
The location and comfort. The historical building and 'Anne of Green Gables' room were a bonus
A pleasant surprise and an enjoyable time Thank you to Bethany in the dining room, a lovely lady and great service. Met all our expectations and we will be back
In the center of town; newly renovated room; super nice staff; very clean facility and fantastic breakfast.
The bed was too short for me.
Excellent! Stayed in the new section. Well thought out - very comfortable. Within walking distance to the old downtown and wharf.
Parking can be a challenge
The atmosphere of the Inn was very nice. The building was beautiful..... made from traditional stone. The multi-tiered deck was very welcoming and the restaurant was both reasonably priced and served good food (at least breakfast). We stayed at the annex which combined the "old school" feel of an inn with a more contemporary feel of an updated hotel room. Very nice. The inn was central to all of the key locations in Charlottetown and enabled us to walk to everything.
The twin beds in our room were on the small side.. a larger bed such as a queen would have been welcomed. Although the inn was a good value for Charlottetown at the time of travel, it was still very pricey as compared to other nice (3.5+ star hotels) that we have stayed at other locations (i.e. Halifax, Ottawa, Minneapolis)
Excellent service, friendly and helpful front desk staff made it easy for us to adjust our reservation. I would clearly choose your hotel again.. S. Smith Newmarket On.
Great neighbourhood and amenities; courteous, friendly and helpful staff; good food and location. I would definitely recommend it to people.
Very friendly and accomodating staff. The pub restaurant featured many gluten free options which we required and the staff were very understanding about celiac disease. When we arrived for dinner there were no more seats in the pub so they provided us with the same menu in the dining room. The food was great. I was also impressed by the fact that the front desk remembered me from my first visit a year ago and offered me the same room I had back then!
It was quiet and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had dinner at the inn and enjoyed our meal immensely. Our room was very comfortable and we spent the evening in just relaxing.already planning another visit in april.
I thought the staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. It's location also was very good. I will definitely stay there again as well as recommend to other people I know.
Nice surroundings, excellent service, Warm hosting, feeling welcome :)
The atmosphere, luxury, attentive staff and consideration of our needs all made this a memorable short stay.
